Although the launch of new projects by residential development companies is slowing down in the first half, Dcon’s revenue has grown tremendously. This is due to the fact that many companies still have construction projects that have been launched for sale since late 2018 whereas the government still has new construction projects continuously. Moreover, Dcon Prime Rattanathibet Condominium has begun to transfer ownership. All of these reflect the overall picture of the company that has continued to grow with the trust of customers”, stated Wittawat.
Mr Witawat said, “in the second half of the year 2019, the company plans to officially start the production of Precast under DSC Product Company Limited. Lately, at Lamlukka Khlong 12, the construction of DSC Factory is almost finished and is expected to start the operation at the end of Q3 / 2019”
At the same time, the company will accelerate sales of residential projects on potential locations especially Dcon Prime Rattanathibet project, which continues to generate sales back to the company continuously. It is the only condo in Rattanathibet area that has 3 outstanding points in the same place; the infinity edge swimming pool, Panoramic River View, and next to MRT Station which is able to satisfy local customers needs well. For Dzio Ratchapruek Project, another project on that potential location, is expected to close all sales within this year.
Due to the strong performance throughout the first half of the year along with the new business plans and the sale of the condominium in the potential location, it is believed that the company’s revenue in 2019 will meet the goal.
